Professional Membership:

To reset your Professional Member password, you will need to answer a few questions correctly and then you will be able to reset your password online. To start the process, click here.

Professional Members have access to the GetCare tools.

Personal Membership:

People using a personal membership can either email our helpdesk to get help with a forgotten password, or if you remember the email address you used during registration and the City of Birth you stated during registration, you can have the password emailed to you.



 

FAQ's about Membership Options
  1. What is the difference between a personal and professional membership?
  2. The personal membership is used by caregivers who do not need to update agency information but want to take advantage of benefits offered by SeniorNavigator.

    The professional membership is used to update agency information and/or gain access to the tools designed for professionals in the aging network, you have to associate with an agency on our database to take full advantage of the professional membership.

  3. How much does it cost to become a member?
  4. There is no cost to becoming a professional member. However, SeniorNavigator is introducing new tools that will allow information to be shared across the state at a minimal cost. Access to those tools can be given later when your agency decides to sign-up for the additional features.

  5. What if I am still having problems with the membership process?
