Who We Are
Thrive provides supports services to persons with HIV/AIDS include testing, case management, financial assistance, assistance in filing for Medicaid benefits & executing a living will, practical & emotional support, nutrition supplements, prescription assistance, clothing & furniture, transportation for medical visits, & companionship provided by volunteer from the AIDS/HIV Services Group (ASG) Buddy Program.
Acute and chronic care are provided.
