The Home-Delivered Meals Program (sometimes called "Meals on Wheels") provides a hot lunch five days a week. The Program is designed to assist homebound individuals 60 and older who are frail or disabled, especially those who are economically needy, and those who do not have family members or friends to help.
The Program provides frozen and boxed meals to eligible clients in outlying areas.
Home delivered meals falls under the Care Coordination services.
