Who We Are

Safe Harbor offers comprehensive services for survivors of sexual and/or intimate partner violence including a 24-hour helpline, children/youth services, community education and training, counseling, court advocacy, emergency shelter, and hospital accompaniment. A team collaborates with survivors to provide support, education, and referral information to help survivors meet their goals.

Safe Harbor is also an emergency haven for individuals and families who need emergency housing and support services as they work to break the cycle of domestic abuse. Safe Harbor is a partnership of non-profit agencies with a common goal of breaking the cycle of domestic abuse.



Provides temporary emergency housing, crisis intervention, and individual counseling for battered individuals and families. The program provides accompaniment, support, and advocacy for survivors who are utilizing the criminal and/or civil justice systems. Offers support groups that help survivors process their experiences through discussion with others who have experienced similar situations. Educational presentations are available.
