The Lee County Sheriff's Office sponsors a crime prevention program called Neighborhood Watch. This is a program that brings together local officials, law enforcement, and citizens for the protection of their communities. Citizens who observe and report suspicious activity have enjoyed lower crime rates. For more information, visit Neighborhood Watch. Area Neighborhood Watch meetings are held throughout the county.
