Who We Are
The OAR program provides the opportunity for volunteers to participate in programs available to inmates. Some areas are GED tutors, impact of crime on victims, parenting education class, productive citizenship group, domestic violence education, computer class, mock interviews, and more.
Volunteer opportunities are available at OAR's Central Office (Downtown Richmond), Chesterfield County Jail, Henrico County Regional Jail (New Kent County), Henrico County Jail, Pamunkey Regional Jail (Hanover County), Petersburg City Jail Annex, and Richmond City Jail.
