Retirement Community

The Settlement at Powhatan Creek offers independent living in a gated community for active adults age 55 and older. The Settlement compliments the historic nature of the community. Homes are designed for first floor living with master suites and main living area. Optional 2-story homes are available with elevators for those challenged by physical limitations.



Two-thirds of the community acreage will be natural green space; nature overlook/ gazebo, benches and pond and natural walking trails also part of the community, as well as community clubhouse.



The centerpiece of the community will be the 15,000 square foot luxury Residents Club overlooking a small pond, complete with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, ballroom, fitness room, billiards lounge and additional activity rooms for neighborhood residents and their guests.
