Who We Are
Melrose Towers is a Section 8 or public housing offered to individuals who are 62 years of age or older or who are disabled. The building has nine stories and rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross income or you can pay the flat rate for the apartment, whichever is less.
There are 212 apartments, ranging from efficiency to 2 bedrooms, that are convenient to shopping, churches and post office. Coin operated washer and dryers on every floor; elevator service on each floor. Handicapped-accessible apartments are available. Various adult activities, health fair and other social activities are provided.
