The Chesapeake provides a continuing care retirement community (of life care community) that offers residential and independent living.  You must be a resident of The Chesapeake to move into assisted living. The assisted living and memory care services offer many beds to The Chesapeake's residents.



Moving to The Chesapeake gives you a commitment of lifetime residency and prepaid health care services when you need them. As health circumstances change, residents move between their cottage or apartment residences, assisted living, and licensed nursing care. They always remain in the familiar, comfortable surroundings of The Chesapeake, close to friends, neighbors, and family whom they know and trust. Non-ambulatory residents are welcome.
