Who We Are
The Gardens at Fair Oaks is the assisted living facility of Fairfax Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Residential and assisted living care is provided for ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents. Residents are offered supervision and assistance with activities of daily living, as well as dietary, housekeeping, laundry, and other services. Activities are available during the week.
