Nexus Healthcare's team of home care professionals provides a full range of non-medical assisted services in the comfort and safety of home, wherever home happens to be in a long-time family home, independent living, assisted living, nursing home, or other location.
The team helps seniors, people with disabilities, and other individuals in need of support to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. Their trained, skilled, and insured staff provides care and support to individuals and families in various areas including assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, companionship, and home management.
Examples of assistance include feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, and grooming. Other care services include Alzheimer's and dementia care, medication reminders, light meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and more.
Nexus Homecare works together with you and your family to develop a personalized care plan which includes the frequency and duration of caregiver visits and an appropriate range of services required for the individual.
