In-Home Services

Health Reliance Care Services Inc. is an in-home supportive care agency that provides services to individuals in the comfort of their homes, with the aim of enabling individuals to remain at home. The services provided include personal care services such as hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as food preparation and eating, bathing, dressing, homemaking, and bladder and bowel requirements. As well as Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as medication administration, travel to and from doctor appointments, companionship, laundry and housekeeping, and errands (shopping for groceries, etc.).
